The Service is operated by Takeoff Newco, Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using Summer AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Summer AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to place you into vacation and lifestyle scenes.

Users can:

1. take or upload a selfie (and optionally select additional photos of themselves)
2. choose a destination template (for example: Yacht, Private Jet, Coachella, F1, Penthouse)
3. generate AI-created images of themselves within that scene
4. share the generated images with friends on social platforms

The generated images are synthetic images created by artificial intelligence systems and depict scenarios that did not actually occur.

Summer AI is intended for entertainment and social sharing purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
