Fakely is a mobile application that allows users to create social challenges using artificial intelligence.

Users can:

1. take or upload a selfie
2. generate AI-created variations of that selfie
3. share the generated images with friends on social platforms

The generated images are synthetic images created by artificial intelligence systems.

Fakely is intended for entertainment and social sharing purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
