Safety and Privacy are some of our core values here at Club. We empower Creators to post their content while preventing theft and want to protect Fans to ensure they have the best experience on Club.

Our Strategy

We have robust Moderation & Safety measures in place to support our Creators and protect our Fans.

• Our Content Guidelines are readily available to all our Creators through the App and our FAQ
• We use The Hive to automate content moderation and to ensure unsafe content gets rejected automatically.
• We use Yoti to perform identity and age checks, requiring Creators to provide Identification.
• We have a 24/7 human Moderation & Safety team through in-app support and through email at [email protected].
• We protect Creator’s content with a unique watermark to track leakage and we ban any Fan who attempts to violate our guidelines.
• We provide the space for Fans to report any content that violates our guidelines, which will then be sent to our human moderation team.
