Nytely is an interactive story app. This policy explains what it collects, why, and what it does not do. It is short because the app does little.
This policy covers the Nytely apps for iOS and Android only. The Luvi creator platform at luvi.fans has its own, separate policy.
We use Amplitude to understand how the app is used — which stories are opened, where people stop, whether a screen works. Each event carries the platform, the app version, the device language, and what was interacted with.
To group one person's actions into a session, Amplitude generates a random device identifier and stores it on your device. It is not your name, your store account or your advertising identifier, and it is regenerated if you delete and reinstall the app. Amplitude also records the IP address of the request, which gives an approximate country or region; we do not store precise location and the app never asks for location access.
We use RevenueCat to handle subscriptions and coin purchases. It receives the purchase itself — which product, when, whether a subscription is active — and an anonymous identifier tied to your installation. Payment is handled entirely by the store you bought through — Apple on iOS, Google Play on Android: we never see your card details, your billing address or your store account.
Your coin balance, which episodes you have unlocked, and your daily streak are stored on your phone and are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Your name, email address, phone number or date of birth. Your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. We do not collect store review access codes entered in the app. Approximate location derived from IP is described above.
The characters are fictional. Their images and video are created with AI, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended. Your data is never sent to an AI service: all content is generated in advance, before it reaches the app, and nothing you do in the app is used to generate anything.
