This Privacy Policy explains how Takeoff Newco, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and processes information when you use the Summer AI mobile application (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information (Sign in with Apple)

To use Summer AI you sign in with Sign in with Apple. Through this we receive:

• an email address, which may be an Apple private-relay address that forwards to you, and
• optionally your name, if you choose to share it.

We associate this with an account identifier used to hold your credits, subscription status, daily-reward streak, and generation history. We never receive or store your Apple password.

Photos you provide

When you take a selfie or select photos in the app, those images are processed to generate AI-created images of you within a chosen scene.

The photos you select may be transmitted to external AI processing infrastructure to generate the requested images.

Generated images

The AI-generated images created by the Service are processed in order to deliver results to you, run automated safety moderation, and are stored under your account so you can view or re-share them.

Face data and on-device photo matching

To help you find good photos of yourself, Summer AI can scan the photos already on your device to identify images that contain your face.

• With your permission, the app accesses your device photo library.
• Face detection and face matching run entirely on your device. The app computes a mathematical representation (an "embedding") of faces only to match your selfie against photos already on your device.
