When you use OpenFlow, we collect and process the following types of information.

Account information

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. We store:

• Your email address (used for authentication and billing receipts)
• Your name and organization details
• Account creation date

Connected creator accounts and content

When you connect a creator account (such as OnlyFans or Luvi) or upload media, messages, or other materials, the data is processed through our AI infrastructure.

• Authentication tokens for connected platforms are stored securely and used only to operate your account on your behalf
• Media uploaded for AI processing is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the requested outputs
• Generated replies, captions, and content variations are stored in your account until you delete them
• Fan conversations and analytics are stored in your account until you delete them or close your account

Subscription and payment information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or banking details.
