Fakely is designed to be used without creating an account.
We do not require users to register or provide personal identity information.
However, certain information may be processed when you use the Service.

When you take or upload a selfie in the app, the image is processed to generate AI-created variations.
These photos may be transmitted to external AI processing infrastructure to generate the requested images.
The AI-generated images created by the Service are temporarily processed in order to deliver results to the user.
Fakely does not use ARKit face tracking, Face ID, the Vision framework, or any other biometric face-mapping or face-recognition API. We do not extract, compute, or store facial geometry, face embeddings, landmarks, or any biometric templates from the photos you upload. The photos you upload are treated as ordinary images, used solely to generate AI variations and to run automated safety moderation on the generated output, and are deleted when no longer needed to provide the Service.
