👉 What you’ll do
- Execute onboarding for new customers via project plans, phone calls, and live training sessions
- Respond to customer support requests via live chat (Intercom), emails, and social platforms
- Build help documentation for new products and features
- Identify product bugs and technical issues, reporting them to the Tech team
- Ensure that all customers have an exceptional experience using Club
🙂 Who you are
- 1-3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in SaaS support
- 1+ year in a customer-facing position (technical assistance, account management, etc.)
- Experience with Intercom, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite
- Interest in creators, technology, and improving end-user experiences
- Excellent writing skills to explain technical topics concisely
- Ability to switch gears quickly and handle various responsibilities
